The adult class is a high intensity class that combines traditional karate, boxing and kickboxing staple exercises and techniques with modern day fitness principles to offer a full flavour workout that will leave you hungry for more. Enjoying stress reducing pad work, in combination with circuits and body weight excercises you will fight your way to getting fitter, stronger, leaner and faster. Each session you’ll burn approximately 500 calories because of the way you move and throw punches combined with exercises. You’ll work through a variety of exercises ifor the whole body.
